Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2010

I just finished watching the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show...
It was research, I swear!
Some of the outfits that were shown were kinda wacky! Not too sure about the whole "Rainbow Bright" looking outfit styles. The softer pastel colors worked great, as did the sparkly numbers.
Here's hoping we see some of them at the studio soon.

What can I say about Megan...
For starters, she was fantastic to shoot with! She brought a great selection of outfits for me to shoot.
She's a little bit shy, so you just get to look at a few of her boudoir detail shots. Trust me though, her pics are awesome! I'm sure she will have a happy hubby come Christmas morning.

Just about caught up...

My goal is to be caught up with editing and book laying-outing by the end of the day!
It's been a super busy 10 days! I'm looking forward to a few days off over the Thanksgiving weekend before we dive head first into more boudoir and pinup appointments next week!

Snazzy Pinup Girl photo shoot with Boudoir Louisville

Can you even believe that this gal hates to have her picture taken? As soon as she walked into the Boudoir Louisville studio and started showing us the clothes she brought for her shoot, we knew we had ourselves a pinup girl! Our hair & makeup girl, Catherine, did a fantastic job with the vintage pinup look.
The client drove up from Memphis TN to shoot with us. She wanted to give her hubby the best Christmas gift ever. I'm pretty sure she accomplished that!

Allison was fantastic to shoot with. She brought a bag full of super snazzy lingerie for her shoot. This type of shot always works best when you have good detail on the outfit.

Military themed boudoir session with Boudoir Louisville! Perfect Deployment gift!

Jessica wanted to give her brand new Hubby something special to take overseas with him. He is set to deploy later this month. With us being so close to Ft. Knox, we have been getting lots of Military Wives at the studio. Besides having them bring lingerie, I also tell them to bring some of their man's uniforms, dog tags etc...
With all of my other military themed shoots I always ended up shooting them pinup style. I wanted to do something different for these, so I shot them classic boudoir style. I think he will love them!
Lets him remember what he has back at home!!!

Fun pilot inspired pinups with Boudoir Louisville

While Amanda was sitting in our hair and makeup chair, she was telling us about her man. Besides being the luckiest guy in the world for having the type of wife that would book a photo shoot with us, he's also a pilot. Amanda snuck one of his pilots jackets out of the house and brought it to her shoot.
We always like to add a personal touch to our shoots. I'm sure he will FLIP over the pics!

Pinup and boudoir photo shoot with our friend Jazz!

Jazz wanted to snap some pics of herself to celebrate her Birthday. I'm sure her hubby won't mind that she did this either! I'm sure he will love them. What makes this shoot different is that for years, Jazz has been a great friend to both my wife and I. NO PRESSURE AT ALL! Just make sure not to screw up my friends boudoir and pinup photos...
We shot a mix of classic boudoir and pinup. Clients always ask if they can include both styles in their shoot. For sure! When we lay out the book, included with all of our shoots, it's always fun to sneak a few fun pinups in.
She did great and was a breeze to shoot.  Happy Birthday Jazz!

Pinup Girl Photo Shoot with Susan - Boudoir Louisville

Susan was so much fun to shoot! LOOK AT HER FACIAL EXPRESSIONS! It was difficult picking which photos to include. She could go from sultry to goofy in less than a second! If only you could see the out takes from this shoot. It was as if we just goofed off for a few hours and ended up with some snazzy pics!

Check out the green corset she brought to shoot in. I have never shot anything that color before. It was a great color on her and added something different to the pics.
